This program is suitable for anyone looking to improve their fitness. It can also be modified to suit your needs.

Dakota Meyer is a member of the Texas Medical Association and World Link Medical. For as long he can remember, Dakota Meyer has been passionately interested in health and fitness. La Crosse Fire Department

La Crosse Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Health Systems partnered to offer customized fitness routines for firefighters. This partnership, which has been in place for three year, was created to help firefighters get fitter and prevent injury. To determine how firefighters can improve fitness, the program will use data from injury reports as well as input from firefighters.
